I loved Sleepy Hollow it is one of my favorites. Johnny looks good. He plays Ichabod like a scared little girl, but he is also very intellgent. CATCF was a little weird, but it was a very good movie. I love the orginal Willy Wonka movie, but as I rewatched it lately I found the first hour boring. It wasn't good until they met Willy Wonka. Both are equally entertaining. Sweeney Todd almost word for word by the Broadway verison, Johnny does a terrific job for a person who is not a singer. Please watch the Broadway verison with George Hearn, Johnny does a better job acting and singing than George. Johnny is a wonderful actor he can pull of any role and make it believable

You own a Pruis, don't you? Not only do you have disregard for a creative mind. But also disrespect a large group of people who not only sees Burton's movies but buys them as well. And it's not because they have to, it's because they want to.
As for you, I've wasted too much time on a negative critic who doesn't have the guts to make original movies himself. Instead, all you can do is critique other peoples work.
I guess you know everything that everybody thinks, and how they should think, instead of them chosing for themselves.

This was as equally unnecessary as it is untrue. Burton is the kind of filmaker that can give audiences that intellectual punch and make it suitable for a more varied age group. His films are fun, and poignant. He takes his own thoughts of the books he recreates and makes them his own, which is much better than just copying it or other previous attempts. Burton is definitely not a fad, he simply a visionary who creates wonderful cinema and something different that everyone can relate to. I completely disagree.
