Guy Fieri? Seriously- Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives is the best! I've never seen a show where I want to write the names of all these places down so if I'm ever in those areas of the country I can eat at them.

Where is Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri and Paula Dean? Padma doesn't count, she's a host, not a chef. And, Andrew Zimmern, though he's a chef, doesn't cook on his show, he just travels and eats. LOL.
