15 years ago everyone smoked around their kids: in the house, in the car, etc. I don't think that being in open air is nearly as bad. Maybe I'm wrong, but with all the pollution in the world, maybe we should concentrate on the harmful effects of breathing in general!

I doubt they were smoking a rolled "cigarette" of "tobacco". I think supermodels and pop stars can afford their cigs already rolled and filtered!
