I realize I am proving my ignorance with this statement, but, I have never been drawn to anything Streep has ever done. I have never longed for Streep's next project. In fact, I look at the cast of 'Julia & Julia' and think to myself, "Hey cool, the purse girl from 'The Office' is in it." Streep has always been a non-factor for me. And again, I know I am in the extreme minority.

@rob who had a broken foot: Actually, I think a lot of people feel this way. I think, maybe, I felt this way. I think I had an epiphany during this film that, you know, maybe I need to appreciate her more. I never don't enjoy her work. Do you ever not like her?

It isn't that I never not like her, it's just that I've never been moved by her enough to say "Wow, Streep was good!" With her I'm always "Meh..."
