Elizabeth Hurley is just a gorgeous woman and looks every inch a star in that outfit (or almost anything she wears). Blake's not the natural beauty Eliz is (not even close) but she has a good body and that dress is very unusual and imho...interesting and attractive on her.
Hurley wins but Lively gets honorable mention.
