Can someone please explain how this works to me? How can someone trademark a phrase like this that has been used for decades, if not centuries! Its not like she made up her own dang language! I assume that she isn't getting special treatment with the copyright board just because she is psuedo-famous, right? So can anyone copyright anything (and as many as they want?) that someone might say publicly and make money off of it? This I have to know!
