I agree with Mr. Payne. He left
out quite a few actors or actresses who sleep walk through
their performances but don't put the other aging ones down.
They are still excellent in their craft and outshine many of the younger ones because they are ACTORS not only still
attractive looking but give great performances. A lot of the younger ones are chosen for
looks not talent and boy does it ever show up on TV Sitcoms
and for that matter Dramas.

While I agree with Mr. Payne's comments about Charlie Sheen and Sandra Oh. I do not agree with his views on Mariska Hargitay.
Her performances have been exceptional. It's not her fault that the writing has been awful for the show the last few years.
Don't blame the actors/actresses for poor writing.
That's like blaming a song for the fact the singer can't carry a tune in a bucket.
Personally, I would have picked Sally Field as undeserving. Oh well...to each their own...
