I actually think Kelly has the potential to be lovely...She just goes so far to the extreme. Go back to the dark hair, tone down your make-up, and quit dressing like a middle-aged office worker.

@Lisa16...as a former hairdresser, I can tell you without reservation, the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is 2 weeks. LOL
