Grim...Paulina was THE Estee Lauder girl of the '80's...understandable you missed her. She married Ric Ocasek of the band The Cars...and went into semi-retirement to raise a family. She was SI:SWIMSUIT EDITION cover girl 2 years in a row in the 1980's.
