It was very appropriate for the occasion, however, I've seen better, but she pulled it off pretty well. She's a very beautiful woman and, fortunately, has the body to handle it. I'll give her a 7.5 out of 10.

Blue looks good on her. As for the dress, its cute but the middle needs to be removed cause it looks like she have on shirt and long skirt. So I am gonna go with HOT
