Circus was my 3rd Britney concert. So I haven't seen her in almost 5 years (Since DWAD & Onyx hotel)- and I was so excited to see her again! I am a big fan, even when others deserted her, she was the best! I only paid 48 bucks for my ticket last week when I saw her at the Staples center in Los Angeles. And I'm glad I didn't waste more money on the "circus" it was. Costumes, concert design/production was nothing to brag about. There was no close up of her on the screen... And don't get me started with the choreography, or shall I say the lack thereof? Dancing and performing is pretty much all that Britney has...let's face it-anyone can lip sync, but what I want is great choreography. I was oh so very disappointed. However, probably what was most unsettling from the evening was that Britney barely even said 3 words to the audience. Hello! Fans like to be appreciated! We want the real britney! No thank you to her band, to her dancers, to the Pussycat Dolls-NOTHING! I've seen Madonna, Justin, Mariah, etc numerous times...That tells me she isn't really performing from her heart- its just something she is doing. And that's fine.Kathryn, please watch the Dream Within a Dream Tour- that is a Britney worth seeing. You can't beat Britney when she was 20, bouncing all over the stage, under waterfalls, and sweating her heart out! Its impossible! 2 kids, and late 20s catches up with you I guess...So this was Britney's last performance as far as I'm concerned...that I will be attending.
