If it did not happen in real life I would consider the plot-line to be highly implausible. Schizophrenics are almost impossible to befriend. Add that to the fact that Ayers was an unwashed, stinking homeless person and it becomes almost unbelievable. But it happened. Go figure.

jamie foxx had one great performance. he is NOT a great actor. this movie looks sucktastic

Marcus...I am with you 100% on that. Foxx was very good in Ray....otherwise there are a great many BETTER actors out there.
