Tim AllenLOS ANGELES (AP) — Comic actor Tim Allen is a father for the second time. Publicist Marleah Leslie says Allen's wife, Jane, gave birth to a 5-pound, 13-ounce girl, Elizabeth, on Saturday in Los Angeles.
