How much sh*t has she been talking about the hand that feeds here over the past 2 years? She even removed herself from an emmy nom stating that she doesn't feel she "got good enough writing". Now that her movie offers are not pouring in, she wants to stay? Please. Kick her ungrateful X@@##! off the show Shonda...

Catherine is so elegant and bright. The show would NOT be as good if she leaves. She and Alex were always meant to be together! Many, many, many prime-time actors do films during their scheduled breaks. What's wrong about her seeking some work too? As long as she remains responsible about her obligations to the Grey schedule, there is no reason she should be fired. Sounds like she likes to say what she thinks. Well, I commend her for being honest about her endeavors outside the show and am pleased to hear her say to the public that she values her role as Izzy Stevens enough to want to stay. Grey producers: Keep her!
