ipsofacto, you are WRONG. People who are voluntarily in the public eye do NOT have privacy when it comes to their looks. Especially someone who is famuos only for their looks. It is 100% public. There's no doubt, Kim had cheek implants and possibly a chin implant though in my wildest dreams someone in as beautiful as her WHY WOULD ANY COSMETIC SURGEON TOUCH THAT FACE! She didn't need cheek implants, her face was perfectly proportioned. Now, she looks like she's made her face longer, eyes smaller - Latina looking and is wearing MORE make-up to counter balance the change. KIM, kim, kimmy, take them out. OMG!

It is so sad when somebody became a familiar that he stop be himself/herself! so I looked her two photos when she was younger her body was not "pretty" like now! Sorry Kim that is how it is!
