I too am sorry that Benecio Del Toro was not considered 4 his excellent performance on such an interesting character.

I think the Oscar Nominations have been a farce for a long time. Some of the best Artists
have been overlooked and what I
call a complete lack of "Taste"
has led to the selection of what I call "Flash in the Pan"
performers so many times. Mr. Penn should realize that. Yes,
Mr. Del Toro should have been
nominated and that is a prime
example of the best performers
being left out.
