Some manage to hide it well, Paris being one of them. Joan scared me! Forrest and Gary both have it pretty bad. I once worked very closely with a lady and she has it really bad - it was actually hard looking directly at her while talking, she has now gone on to become a successful lawyer. It appears they all go on with their dreams and succeed.
