How about an Aborigini James Bond? C'mon, the character is supposed to be English, right? I know Pierce and Sean are not English, but at least they were from the UK. Diddy, when you were just a babe there were a lot of films featuring African-American spy/crime heroes. Does anyone remember "Shaft"? At the time it was called Blaxploitation. It's been done. Find a unique vehicle for yourself.

Shaft was a hero from a different era and figth crime in the hood. Bond is international.... Since Black foplks are global and all over the planet i see no problem
The Central theme to the Bond character is that they have a British or English accent. Nothing is written that they have to be born in England, the Uk or any where else.... I think it is a very creative Idea and something to think about.....You mean to telll me that a good actor from other Enthics groups could not pull this off, I dont care if they are alaskina, African, Chinese , Italians

Being "international" has nothing to do with race and I don't see race as being the issue. Bond fits in anywhere. He is elegant, articulate and comfortable in any culture. If Hollywood wants a black Bond maybe someone like Idris Elba would fit the bill...he is after all, a REAL actor with REAL talent, he is ever so good looking AND he is British.
Bond is described as being "ruggedly handsome"....Diddy looks like a very well dressed, blinged out rodent.
Shaft and Bond? Two TOTALLY different characters. Diddy wouldn't do justice to either. He should do what he is good at. Being a business man.
