I think it is a excellent proposition and Quincy Jones should be the ambassador!
We have a music culture and have influenced the world.

YES, I agree. He was bright enough to point out that every country has this position BUT the USA. Quincy Jones has had MANY awards and this would be an extremely important role.

In light of your idea for creating the arts agenda for this nation, a noble deed, there is a very vital strategy I will love to share with you or your colleagues.
