This guy went to a concert where the perormers are well known to throw bottles (plastic-not glass) into the audience and is suing because one hit him?
Granted most of the time the bottles are (mostly) empty but still.....I can see asking for medical costs but.......ICP has been doing this for many years. I have taken my son to their concerts and this happens EVERY time.
Let the buyer beware I guess is what I am saying.

what the X@@##! everyone knows how an ICP concert is if people dont like it dont go its not their fault that that guy got hurt it was an accident he didnt just decide the throw that bottle of Faygo at that guy. their concerts are great and lots of fun and kicking throwing or tossing bottles of faygo is the the best part.

Good Lord ! If you go to an ICP concert you KNOW that they are going to be throwing 2 liters of Faygo and you just expect it. If you don't want to get hit, you go to the far back, if you want to be soaked and maybe hit with a bottle, you stay closer to the front. This idiot should get his case dismissed on principle alone. It is like suing a pool because you got wet.
