I guess in this list the word "star" doesn't imply the person has any real talent other than being pretty....cases in point, Kim Kardashian, Ashlee Simpson, Tila Tequila. Or being classy enough to appreciate the fans who make them rich and famous ie Kristin Stewart who calls her fans "retarded".
