I don't have a referral & wish I did. But a bail-out or Mogul Investors are the ideas I have. America needs much help in the upcoming years.

I'm thinking bail out isnt good. cause what if u have to pay it back. where you gonna get that. and since he is gonna need help who knows whats gonna happen to the american people. we are having so many problems right now. it will take at least 3 to 4 years to get us together.

Then he should align with Investors & ask advice from people who are building hotels or other structures here and abroad. I don't know what the builders & commercial investors know about real estate. I hope he can find a solution in time.
