Where is House in the best TV dramas list? I love that show. I am pleased Life on Mars got an honorable mention. It has a great, original concept.

As for the comedies listed, I think 30 Rock and The Office are certainly deserving. What great casts! I tend to skip sit-coms in favor of dramas and documentaries, so I cannot comment on the others. Perhaps I should start watching some of these "most funny."

@lolav - 'House' was way too overcrowded this year - the best thing by far on the show is Hugh Laurie - why isn't he, y'know, onscreen a little more often?

Yes,i agree with the Lost is the best drama of 2008.And it will also be the best TV series of 2009.
