I'd blame whoever signed the deal with Best Buy to exclusively release it.
The nearest Best Buy to me is about a 30 minute drive, and I live in the northeast.
AC/DC was smart by doing Walmart as their exclusive because there's a Walmart every 15 feet from here to China. (Which also sucks IMO, you should be able to get these at any record store-- shutting the little guys out for a deal with a major dep't store is total bs if you ask me; however if it screws FYE I'm down with it. That place is a total ripoff unless something's on sale or clearance.)
