Katy Perry won't be the only pop star in the upcoming Smurfs sequel, Britney Spears has recorded a new song that will play over the end credits for the upcoming The Smurfs 2.

The new song, "Ooh La La," was teased in a post on Britney's Twitter page Wednesday.

"Remember that surprise song I recorded for my boys? It's coming soon! #OohLaLa for #TheSmurfs2 :) Stay tuned for more ..." she wrote.

Britney's sons Sean and Jayden are both big fans of the first film, which grossed over $142 million atthe box office in 2011.

"I have always loved the Smurfs as a kid and now my boys are the biggest Smurfs fans EVER," she said via press release. "I wanted to surprise them with a song in the movie. I know they'll think it's Smurftastic!"

Director Raja Gosnell added, "I am very excited that Britney is joining our smurfy adventure, 'Smurfs 2.' 'Ooh La La' is the perfect Smurf-party song, and the perfect button on the film for audiences around the world."

Katy Perry, who reprises her role as Smurfette, Hank Azaria, Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Alan Cumming, Fred Armisen, George Lopez and the late Jonathan Winters also star.

"The Smurfs 2" hits theaters July 31.
