Hilarious Looking 'Movie 43' Trailer Features Tons Of Stars, Gerard Butler As A Leprechaun

October 3rd, 2012 6:09pm EDT
Movie 43
If you ask us, if Movie 43 is just half as funny as the trailer, it's destined to be a classic. We have no idea what it's about, other than it's actually 25 short films helmed by several different directors including Peter Farrelly, Elizabeth Banks, Bob Odenkirk, Brett Ratner and Griffin Dunne, and it features a huge, HUGE cast of A-list stars.

The film's greenband trailer (e.g.: approved-for-all-audiences) premiered during Tuesday night's episode of Tosh.0 on Comedy Central; and on Wednesday the very not-safe-for-work (NSFW) red-band trailer debuted on the network's website (according to...

New Poster For 'Les Miserables' Pays Homage To The Original Broadway Artwork

September 24th, 2012 10:21pm EDT
Les Miserables
The latest poster to promote director Tom Hooper's big screen adaptation of the stage production based on Victor Hugo's epic tale Les Miserables was released on Monday, and it bears a striking resemblance to the original artwork used for Broadway's longest-running musical.

The new promo brings to life the original drawing of a young girl with a sad look and windswept hair, and features newcomer Isabelle Allen as the young Cosette instead of any of the film's top-billed stars -- Amanda Seyfried, Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway.

Set in 19th-century France, Les Mis tells the ta...

Second Full Trailer For 'The Hobbit' Released, Features More Action & More Gollum!

September 19th, 2012 12:19pm EDT
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
Three days before "Hobbit Day" Warner Bros. films has given us an early present: the second full trailer for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (watch it below!)

While the first 2:27 clip introduced us to the Dwarf party and a few of the familiar locales from J.R.R. Tolkien's classic -- such as Hobbiton, Rivendell and Gollum's cave -- the second 2:32 trailer is filled with plenty of action.

But while the wizard Gandalf explains that the "dwarves are determined to reclaim their homeland" in the Lonely Mountain, there's still no mention of its current inhabitant -- the dragon Smaug.

There i...

First Trailer For Kathryn Bigelow's Osama Bin Laden Film 'Zero Dark Thirty' Released

August 6th, 2012 10:53pm EDT
Zero Dark Thirty
Oscar winner Kathryn Bigelow's controversial new movie about the hunt for terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden now has a title and a trailer.

Zero Dark Thirty will hit cinemas in December and the brief trailer was released online on Monday.

The Hurt Locker director started work on the project at the beginning of last year, but bin Laden's real-life assassination at the hands of U.S. Navy SEALs prompted her to rethink the film.

The film chronicles the decade-long search for the Al Qaeda leader, who masterminded the 9/11 terrorist attacks on America.

Peter Jackson Confirms That 'The Hobbit' Is Being Extended Into A Trilogy

July 31st, 2012 1:02am EDT
The Hobbit
Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson took to his Facebook page on Monday to address recent rumors that he may be turning his two-film adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkein's Rings prequel The Hobbit into a trilogy, as the source material for the story goes far beyond the planned two-part epic.

During last month's annual Comic Con in San Diego, Jackson hinted at the possibility of adding a third film to the recently wrapped part one The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and currently-in-production second installment The Hobbit: There and Back Again.

And now, after weeks of negotiations with Warner ...

Superman Returns: 'Man Of Steel' Trailer Debuts With 'The Dark Knight Rises'

July 22nd, 2012 11:08am EDT
Man of Steel
Director Zack Snyder's (300, Watchmen) upcoming reboot of the Superman franchise, Man of Steel, now has a trailer!

The clip premiered before The Dark Knight Rises on Thursday night and is merely a primer for next summer's sure-to-be blockbuster - but we do get a glimpse of Superman (Henry Cavill) rocketing through the sky faster than a speeding bullet.

Superman's Earth-father Jonathan Kent (Kevin Costner), provides the voiceover for the trailer, telling his adopted son how important he'll be when he grows up; much like Uncle Ben's 'With great power comes great responsibility' speech to Pe...

Top 10 Batman Villains From Comics, TV And The Big Screen

July 19th, 2012 10:01pm EDT
Bane
The final installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, is upon us; and much like Heath Ledger's Joker the film's villains are once again posed to steal the show.

This time around we'll be reintroduced to three bad guys: Bane, (Tom Hardy), Catwoman (Anne Hathaway) and Ra's al Ghul (Liam Neeson). Both Bane and Catwoman made their first appearances in the original film run that Tim Burton started in the 1990s (and, fortunately, we'll be seeing a much different Bane in TDKR); and Ra's al Ghul returns to the series after his intro in Batman Begins.

But where do the...

Jessica Biel Tweets Photo Of New 'Total Recall' Three-Breasted Hooker Kaitlyn Leeb

July 19th, 2012 5:15pm EDT
Jessica Biel and Kaitlyn Leeb
Jessica Biel was quick to locate the most popular girl at Comic Con last weekend, and she didn't have to go very far to find her.

Amongst all the Wonder Women, Catwomen, Slave Princess Leias and other sexy costumes at this year's convention, one woman stood out for three big reasons.

Actress Kaitlyn Leeb, who portrays a hooker with three breasts in director Len Wiseman's remake of Total Recall; which features Biel; was in full character at this year's convention - and turned lots of heads. We're guessing there were plenty of double and, ahem, triple takes from attendees passing by the fil...

Why You Should Go See 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter'

June 24th, 2012 3:55pm EDT
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
I should preface this by saying if fantasy/action/horror movies involving vampires are really not your thing, nothing I write after this paragraph will make you want to see “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter”. It is 105 minutes of fantasy, action, horror and vampire, no way to get around that. But if you can tolerate those types of films or even, dare I suggest it, LIKE those kind of films yet you’re still balking at plunking down your cash for director Timur Bekmambetov’s adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith’s novel, hopefully I can convince you that it’s worth your money and time.

Usually, if...

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter
A new exclusive video from the folks over at Funny Or Die.com pokes fun at Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (which arrives in theaters today), setting the tone for several 'presidential' sequels.

Casper Van Dien, Jake Busey, and Mark Dacascos star in the clip, which features numerous former U.S. Presidents (and Al Gore) in roles similar to Honest Abe's vampire slayer.

"James K. Polk - Frankenstein Wrestler," "FDR: Dragon Whisperer," and "Jimmy Carter - New Orleans Saints Punter."
