New Jersey governor Chris Christie is a huge fan of Bruce Springsteen, but he probably didn't like what the singer did last night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

The Jersey native Springsteen joined Jimmy Fallon for a song about a recent political scandal involving Christie's aides allegedly shutting down part of New Jersey's highway to get back at a mayor who did not back Christie's bid for re-election - that's the short version of it, anyway.

Action star Steven Segal is mulling over a run for governor in Arizona. The martial artist/actor came up with the idea after appearing on his reality show "Steven Seagal - Lawman: Maricopa County" with self-styled "Toughest Sheriff in America," Joe Arpaio.

Seagal told KNXV-TV, "Joe Arpaio and I were talking about me running for governor in Arizona, which was kind of a joke, but I suppose I would remotely consider it, but probably I would have a lot more other responsibilities which may be more important."

Movie tough guy Steven Seagal is reportedly considering a run for office in Arizona.

The "Above The Law" star says he discussed the idea of running for governor with notorious Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio as a joke, saying he "would remotely consider it," but his current commitments are more important.

American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken is considering a run for public office in his home state of North Carolina, according to a report.

The 35 year-old singer has reportedly met with officials at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in a bid to represent North Carolina's 2nd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, according to the Washingtonblade.com.

The Spamalot star has also been working with a political strategist and has met with pollsters.
