A lawyer representing late Spirit guitarist Randy California is suing Led Zeppelin over a songwriting credit.

Attorney Francis Alexander Molofiy is hoping to delay the release of the rock group's upcoming remastered "IV" album unless California is properly credited in the liner notes as a co-writer of the band's classic hit "Stairway To Heaven."

Jason Patric Wins Appeal In Child Custody Case
Actor Jason Patric has won the latest battle in his bid for custody of his biological son Gus. Over the past year, he and his ex Danielle Schreiber have been fighting over the boy.

Gus was born through artificial insemination, and Schrieber claims that Patric was nothing more than a sperm donor.

Last year, a judge refused Patric's bid for parental rights, ruling that because the actor had donated his sperm to someone who wasn't his wife he had no claim of custody. California law supported her actions because there was no written agreement establishing parental rights prior to conception.

A judge has sentenced singer Chris Brown to a year behind bars. The R&B star admitted to violating his probation in court on Friday, stemming from his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna. He violated his probation by getting into a fight outside a hotel in Washington, D.C. in October.
