Actress Katherine Heigl and her singer husband Josh Kelley have adopted a second child.

The couple adopted baby daughter Naleigh from South Korea in 2009 when she was 10 months old, and now the Knocked Up star has become a mom once again.

A representative for Heigl confirms to ET Canada that she and Kelley have taken in another girl, although further details were unavailable as WENN went to press.

The actress will be hoping she forms a bond with the new baby quicker than she did with little Naleigh.

Actress Mariska Hargitay has told of her devastation after losing out on an adoption when the baby's mother changed her mind.

The Law & Order: SVU star had finalized an adoption plan with a woman who wanted to give up her unborn child, and was even in the delivery room when the tot came into the world.

Country star Willie Nelson has given two severely-abused horses a second chance at life by offering up his ranch as a sanctuary.

The On The Road Again hit-maker swooped in to rescue three-year-old stallion Whisper and 12-year-old mare Traveler after learning the animals were being subjected to severe acts of abuse by their current owner in South Carolina.

Both of the horses are now being prepared for their big move to Nelson's home in Texas by members of LEARN (Livestock and Equine Awareness and Rescue Network).

Actress Beth Littleford is a mom again after adopting a baby girl.

The Crazy, Stupid, Love star and her husband Rob Fox became proud parents to Halycon Juna in the early hours of Friday, her representative confirms to Us Weekly.

The little girl, known as Hallie, was adopted from the U.S. and weighed in at six pounds, nine ounces.

The actor's representative broke the news to People.com on Monday, almost two years to the day since the Burrells revealed they had adopted daughter Frances.

Further details about the new addition to the family have not been released.

The actor, 44, has previously credited Frances with bringing him closer to his wife, saying, "There's lots of problem solving in any marriage, but when you have this collective goal that is a human being, it's an inspiring rally point."

The couple's new pet will be a companion for Twilight star Reed's German Shepherd Enzo.

The McDonalds posted of photo of their new pooch, who is also a Shepherd, on WhoSay.com accompanied by the message, "The newest addition to our family! Enzo has waited such a long time for this!"
