Josh LeCash is not your ordinary DJ. The Miami native has DJ'ed for the likes of Katy Perry and Adam Levine, and his straightforward, no-bull personality has made him a movie star as well. He's the subject of the documentary film Rebel Rebel Rebel, which won the top short doc prize at the Los Angeles Art House Film Festival and recently caused a buzz at Slamdance. BFTV checked in with Josh earlier this week - as he geared up to work Maroon 5's post-Grammy party - to get the 411 on his movie and what it's really like to be a top DJ.

First David Bowie, then Justin Timberlake and now Prince has returned wih his first single since 2010 and a couple of new web accounts.

The Purple One released a lyric video for his new single "Screwdriver" on a new website called 20pr1nc3.com on Tuesday. The lyrics are juxtaposed with video footage of the singer performing in the studio with his new band, consisting of guitarist Donna Grantis, drummer Hannah Ford, and bassist Ida Nielsen, according to Billboard magazine. The new band's name is rumnored to be "3rdEyeGirl".

The song Justin Timberlake hopes will bring people back to MySpace is having some solid success - on the download front, anyway. Suit & Tie is well on its way to becoming JT's most downloaded song, topping SexyBack's digital success.

After taking a musical hiatus of six years, Timberlake's return single is currently projected to hit 350,000 downloads in its opening week, easily beating out SexyBack's opening week of 250,000.

When Fox presented a panel on American Idol to the Television Critics Association, many reporters wanted some dirt about the reported feud between new judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. The singers assured reporters they had mended fences, and didn’t want to go into detail. Carey herself preferred to focus on the Idol contestants.
