Man Tries To Use Jack Nicholson Photo To Open Bank Account

Brazilian police have arrested a man who allegedly tried to use a fake identification card bearing a photo of Jack Nicholson to open a bank account.

Bank tellers in the city of Recife alerted authorities to Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros' actions after he attempted to pass off a famous picture of "The Shining" icon as his own.

He was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with use of false documents and falsification of a public document.

Gerard Butler's acting career appears to be back on track after his recent rehab stint - he will replace Eric Bana in diamond heist thriller "Brilliant."

Butler began 2012 battling a painkiller addiction, but he recently checked out of a treatment facility and is now keen to get back to work.

He'll team up with his "Ugly Truth" director Robert Luketic to headline the new movie, according to Variety.

Filming is set to start in Massachusetts in May.

The flamboyant star was sued by bosses at Colwel Platinum Entertainment last November over claims he worked with the company and signed a publishing agreement before he found fame on the TV talent show.

Rapper Young Jeezy was pulled off stage by security guards at his gig in Orlando, Florida on Sunday after the show descended into violence.

The atmosphere at the B.B. King Blues Club grew tense when bodyguards urged fans at the front of the stage to move back for their own safety, and violence broke out after a member of the audience hurled a drink at the star.
