Go On 'Go Deep' Review

Go On

That's a poor paraphrase. Now, the similarities between Tolstoy and fictional character Ryan King are non-existent. Tolstoy gave up fiction after he looked into the void and saw nothing. King gives up sports radio before he looks into the...

'Top Gear' (USA) Recap: '150 MPH Challenge'

2/19/2013 10:01pm EST
Top Gear
How cheaply can you get to 150 MPH? That's what the guys of Top Gear are trying to find out with some inexpensive 1990's vehicles.

They're in the Mojave Desert to answer this question. Adam Ferrara picks a '95 Pontiac Trans Am, while Rutledge Wood sides with a '94 Infiniti Q45 he's armed with nitrous (what?), and Tanner Foust selects a Saab 9-3 Viggen that he's coordinated with his outfit. Before they can try reaching 150, though, they've got a series of other challenges to go through first.

The first is racing a flaming arrow to save one of their prized personal possessions...which the p...

Kim Kardashian
Even Kim Kardashian thinks Kim Kardashian is hot.

Never one to shy away from how she really feels, the reality star discussed what it would be like if she was a man during a conversation with sister Khloe on Monday night's special episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

The two sisters were on the set of a shoot for the UK version of Cosmopolitan magazine, and while filling out a Q&A form prior to the shoot Kim revealed what she would do if she had just one day to spend in the shoes of the opposite sex.

"If I was a man, I would want to know what it's like to have sex with myself," Kim said...

Downton Abbey
SPOILER ALERT! Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes insists he had no choice but to kill off a main character in the season three finale - because the actor wanted to leave the show for good.

Fans of the hit period drama were stunned when new father Matthew Crawley (Dan Stevens) perished in a car crash at the end of the most recent episode, which aired on Sunday night, and now writer Fellowes reveals he considered many other options - but none of them worked.

He tells Britain's Telegraph newspaper, "If he (Stevens) had been prepared to come back for maybe two or three episodes in a serie...

Forest Whitaker
The owners of a New York delicatessen where actor Forest Whitaker was accused of shoplifting last week have apologized to the star for the actions of a "misguided" employee.

The Oscar winner was publicly searched and manhandled at the Milano Market in Manhattan after a store worker suspected Whitaker of stealing an item.

A representative for the deli tells TMZ.com, "The management of Milano Market deeply regrets the wrongful actions of our employee in stopping and frisking Forest Whitaker."

But the rep insists reports suggesting the employee's actions were racially motivated are wrong, a...

'How I Met Your Mother' Recap: 'The Ashtray'

the ashtray
HIMYM returned with an all new episode Monday night.  Earlier this month, CBS finally confirmed what we had all suspected that the show had been picked up for a ninth and final season.  Over the last couple of weeks, it has become clear that we will in fact not be meeting the mother this spring, as was originally expected.  I am excited for more episodes, but have to admit that I am a bit disappointed that we have to wait even longer for the big moment.

The episode began with the Captain leaving a message for Ted.  The Captain (Kyle MacLachlan) was Ted’s ex-girlfriend Zoey’s ex-husband, an...

Harry Styles Has Nothing But Good Things To Say About Taylor Swift

2/19/2013 7:07pm EST
Harry Styles
Don't expect Harry Styles to sink as low as Taylor Swift when it comes to public comments about their failed relationship.

The One Direction singer talked with U.K. radio station Capital FM about his group's upcoming Comic Relief charity single, One Way or Another, which they will perform during the BRIT Awards. Coincidently, Swift will be performing during the awards show, as well.

Of course, the interview strayed off-topic and he was asked how he felt about Swift's apparent diss during the Grammys. Styles, however, refused to respond directly. "She's a great performer. She always perfor...
