5 Ways To Make An Awesome Metal Gear Solid Movie
For anyone who has played the Metal Gear Solid series, well, you already know why a movie adaptation would be awesome, right? But for those of you not in the know, Metal Gear Solid is a videogames series that has woven together a fantastically intricate plot through its various entries over the years.

Created by Hideo Kojima, the series began in 1987 with Metal Gear for the MSX2, but with the release of 1998's Metal Gear Solid, the series was revived and partially re-imagined. From focusing on the likes of cloning, grizzly mercenaries, a cyborg ninja, gene therapy, all powerful A.I's, a R...

Xeno Galaxies seeks funding... again

Last year a game sprang up on crowd funding website IndieGogo called Xeno Galaxies. Looking like a cheap Minecraft rip-off set in space, the game didn't get funded and faded into distant memory.

But you c...

Nintendo's Outdated Online Policies Are Killing the Company
Nintendo made some waves at this month's E3 with a trailer for a new Legend of Zelda and a Smash Bros. tournament that had the Nintendo faithful riveted.

But the good press is only a brief salve for the company's current problems. The Wii U is still dead in the water, with Ubisoft openly remarking that they are intentionally holding back games until the Wii U has a bigger install base. And most of those awesome games shown at E3 won't be out until late this year or even 2015.

Nintendo enjoyed its time atop the console wars last generation when the Wii's motion controls changed the industr...

The 6 Most Infamous Videogames Ever
Warning: The following list contains graphic, adult material

Just like Film and comic books before it, videogames have been the go-to scapegoat for politicians for the past two decades to blame on many of society's ills. From blaming them on underachieving students to more serious, sadly often school based tragedies, videogames are under the microscope of many. While there's plenty of proof out there to suggest that videogames are harmless, now and again a game will crop up that sends the country- and sometimes the world- into a frenzy.

There have been many, many games out there that...

Indie Game Spotlight - Sir, You Are Being Hunted
Easily one of the most intense and suspenseful games coming out of any studio in the past few years, Sir (or Madam) You Are Being Hunted has a unique art style and feel that is truly all its' own.

The story is this : something bad happens and you wake up on an island, with almost nothing on your person. Nearby is what appears to be a freshly destroyed robot, sparks still fizzling from its' corpse. You find out rather quickly that the land is dotted with these roving, top hat-wearing, pipe-smoking, gun-toting androids and they are hunting you like a game animal. Why? We don't really know.

60 Year Old Gramps Trash Talks Like a Pro In Call Of Duty
Who says seniors are out of touch with technology? This (allegedly) 60 year old man plays Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 religiously, and he can hang with the best of them.

Anyone who has played competitive video games sometime in the past ten years knows that trash talking is a big part of the sport. You rub it in your opponents face when you're doing well, and swear like a sailor when you're getting your butt kicked. What we might call "bad sportsmanship" in sports, is the accepted norm when it comes to video games.

It may not be politically correct, but there is something irrefutably ...

8 WTF Videogames That Must Been Seen To Be Believed
Videogames are awesome. They can transport you to other worlds, let you become someone you would otherwise never be and do things that are near superhuman. But while Mass Effect might place you in the role of the savior of our very galaxy, Seaman puts you in charge with helping a human-faced fish evolve... all with the power of your voice. Who needs to save the galaxy when you can do that!

With the thousands of videogames released every year, the law of averages state that at least some of them are going to fall into the weird, bizarre and just plain WTF category. However, while a few of...
