Tennis star Jennifer Capriati has been charged over an alleged attack on her ex-boyfriend at a Florida gym on St. Valentine's Day.
 
Ivan Brannan claims that Capriati yelled and punched him in the chest during the incident. He also claims she has been harassing him since their break up in 2012.
 
Brennan filed a police report, and 36-year-old Capriati, who was not arrested, is now facing counts of battery and stalking.
 
On Wednesday the athlete was issued a court summons and will appear on April 17.

Rihanna has been granted a three-year restraining order against an obsessed fan who broke into the home next door to her property in the mistaken belief it was hers

The 'Stay' singer - who is currently on her 'Diamond' world tour - secured legal protection against Steveland Barrow, who was arrested in February after breaking into the property next to her Los Angeles home, which he mistook for the 25-year-old popstar's house.

According to TMZ Barrow has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna for the next three years.

A man accused of threatening Alyson Hannigan online has been ordered to stay away from the actress for three years.

The American Pie star obtained a temporary restraining order against John Hobbs last month, amid allegations he had been harassing her via a number of social networking websites.

Her lawyer moved to make the protection order permanent and on Wednesday, a Los Angeles judge agreed to extend the ban until 2016, according to TMZ.com.

In her original complaint, Hannigan claimed Hobbs was "mentally unstable and was recently discharged from a mental hospital."

"How I Met Your Mother" star Alyson Hannigan has been granted a restraining order against a man who allegedly threatened her online.
 
The actress requested a protection order against John Hobbs, who she claims has been harassing her on several social networking sites.
 
Hannigan's lawyers claim that Hobbs is "mentally unstable and was recently discharged from a mental hospital." The restraining order also protects her actor husband Alexis Denisof and their daughters, Satyana and Keeva Jane.
 
A hearing has been set for March 6 to decided whether the order will be made permanent.

Laurence Fishburne has obtained a restraining order against a man who allegedly turned up at the actor's Los Angeles home on New Year's Day and demanded he move out of the property.

An overzealous fan has been arrested outside director Todd Phillips' California home.

Juliana Shiao was taken into custody on Thursday night after someone at the Old School filmmaker's residence spotted the 22 year old and called the police.

She is currently being held on $150,000 bail on suspicion of following, harassing, and threatening the director.

According to TMZ.com, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has already charged Shiao with felony stalking.

It is not yet known whether Phillips was at home during the time of the incident.

Charges against a man arrested for trespassing on country star Taylor Swift's property in Tennessee have been dropped.

Jacob Kulke was taken into custody on December 14 after showing up at the Love Story hitmaker's Nashville mansion, claiming he had traveled all the way from Wisconsin to be with Swift on her 23rd birthday a day prior.
