10 Badass Moments From Last Nights 'Arrow'

'Arrow' Recap: 10 Badass Moments From 'The Offer'
"Arrow's" back from hiatus! And while "The Offer" may not have blazed in with the same DEAR GOD factor as "The Flash's" "Out of Time" last night, that's not to say "The Offer" was a weak outing. Just not one that includes 800 plot twists.

Team Arrow tensions rise, Ra's al Ghul's endgame creeps closer, and Merlyn just kinda dozed on the couch the whole time. Shall we count 'em down?

10. Ra's al Ghul's Sales Pitch!

Oliver Queen becoming the next Ra's al Ghul sounds... well, a little ridiculous. But we've gotta say, Ra's makes a pretty convincing argument.

As Ra's al Ghul 2.0, Oliver could...

'The Flash' Has An Epic And Amazing Spin On Time Travel

'The Flash' Recap: 'The Flash' Just Became King Of Superhero TV
Take a breath, everyone. "Out of Time" was so amazing. It's gonna be tough getting through this recap without devolving into fan-crazed babbling, but we'll do our best. "Out of Time" was that good.

A heavy sense of foreboding hangs over most of "Out of Time." Maybe it's the show putting a lot of attention into its biggest story threads- Wells's identity as the Reverse Flash or the will they, won't they between Barry and Iris.

Or maybe it's because the previews for this week showed Cisco confronting a super-sped-up Wells, so you knew something was about to go down.

Either way, that sense...

'Arrow' Recap: 10 Killer Moments From 'Nanda Parbat'

'Arrow' Recap: 10 Killer Moments From 'Nanda Parbat'
"Nanda Parbat" is the last "Arrow" we're getting for about a month. Naturally, that means cliffhangers, and the last ten minutes (ish) of "Nanda Parbat" were crammed full of 'em.

Naturally, this episode's left us with a lot of questions to linger over in the next month.

Will Oliver really be the next Ra's al Ghul? Will Nyssa side with good or evil after learning the truth about Sara's death? Will the Atom resemble the actual, comic-book Atom in any way, or just be Ray Palmer in an Iron Man suit?

For the record, we're going with: no, yes, no. Now let's count down the best moments from "Na...

'The Vampire Diaries' Recap: Season 6 Episode 15, 'Let Her Go,'
The Vampire Diaries decided to kill Liz Forbes. A fate that brought many fans of The Vampire Diaries season 6 to tears. The smoke has cleared but the mourning continues. Last night's episode gave the gang a way to say goodbye to the beloved sheriff.

The emotions of losing her mother proved to be too much for Caroline. She made a drastic decision that might cost her everything. Elsewhere in Mystic Falls, other characters took on their own life altering choices. "Let Her Go" brought some major game changing moments for the Vampire Diaries characters.

'Arrow' Recap: 10 Bromantic Moments From 'The Return'

'Arrow' Recap: 10 Bromantic Moments From 'The Return'
Compared to this week's episode of "The Flash" (which brought out every single major storyline the show's been working towards, then exploded them with a psychic gorilla), our corresponding "Arrow" episode comes off a little subdued.

That's not entirely fair, because "The Return" is nowhere near subdued.

The action was top-notch, and there was plenty of it. Other than a few moments with Laurel, everything was either Oliver kickin' butt with Maseo in the past, or kickin' butt with Thea in the present.

In both cases, Oliver got to strengthen his emotional bonds. He and Thea definitely seem...

'Supernatural' Review: The Hollwest Victory

February 18th, 2015 12:30pm EST
Supernatural - The Executioner's Song
Once upon a time, the three heroes of “Supernatural,” facing the bleakest of circumstances, sarcastically declared themselves “Team Free Will" and vowed to save the world. Many episodes later and one thwarted apocalypse later, Dean Winchester steps into a barn to wage war against Cain, the Father of Murder, and there is no such evidence of that pledge.

“The Executioner’s Song” is a slickly directed episode that showcases most of “Supernatural’s” extraordinary strong points: stellar acting, gut-wrenching surprises and the brothers' ever-strengthening bond. It also highlights the weakness...

'The Flash' Recap: 'Fallout' Is Everything A 'Flash' Fan Could Ever Want

'The Flash' Recap: 'Fallout' Is Everything A 'Flash' Fan Could E
All season long, "The Flash" has had a pretty severe case of I want this thing, give it to me NOW fever.

Like, we know who Firestorm is. If you've ever read a comic with Firestorm or you Googled the name once, you've got the gist- two guys, one body, atomic fire powers.

The second "The Flash" introduced Firestorm's two halves, we knew this was coming. And yet the show's waited more than half a season to actually give us the Firestorm we know.

At some point, it just becomes frustrating. If we know the ending already, drawing out that endpoint just makes it seem like "The Flash" is draggin...

'Arrow' Recap: 10 Truth-Telling Moments From 'Canaries'

'Arrow' Recap: 10 Truth-Telling Moments From 'Canaries'
This week's "Arrow" was all about two things. Old faces returning (say, Sara Lance and the second Vertigo) and characters finally admitting their bottled-up secrets.

That last one's a doozy. Because Thea was the last major "Arrow" character to be totally in the dark about the hero's secret identity. Unless Captain Lance counts, but he's got his own revelations to deal with this week.

With Thea in the know, who can Ollie tell next? Only a handful of "Flash" characters know his secret, so maybe he'll start popping up every few Tuesdays with a "Hey. I'm the Arrow."

But enough about that. Le...

'Supernatural' Recap: There's An App For That

February 11th, 2015 10:42am EST
If you missed the good ol' days of "Supernatural" when Dean stuffed his piehole and Sam said a bunch of geeky goobledygook, then "Halt And Catch Fire" was a the episode for you.

Take a crowbar to your Wi-Fi router, and let's dive in, shall we?

Dean has clearly abandoned his "I Wanna Be Like Sammy" plan with gusto. He marches into the bunker munching on a crossaint-donut-cookie amalgam that looks so sinful, I'd punch Mary Winchester to eat it. It's Dean being Dean and wingin' it and livin' in the moment. I hadn’t realized how much I’ve missed him until now. Is it weird to hug your ...
