For the third time in a week, Justin Bieber's bodyguards have been accused of aggressively attacking photographers.

Yesterday, Bieber was at a hookah lounge in Hollywood when a fan tried to take a picture of the pop star. That's when his bodyguards took action, attempting stop the fan from snapping the pics.

The fan called police, but Bieber and his guards had fled the scene by the time they arrived. The cops have opened a misdemeanor battery investigation.

After she was arrested for allegedly driving a boat while drunk, legal advocate Erin Brokovich has issued a statement apologizing for her actions.

On Friday, police took Brockovich, who was portrayed by Julia Roberts in the 2000 Academy Award-winning film "Erin Brockovich," into custody after she was spotted struggling with her boat on Lake Mead near Las Vegas.

Her blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was nearly double over the legal .08 percent limit, according to TMZ.com. She was released on $1,000 bail and is "very sorry" about the incident.

Scarlett Johansson has filed a lawsuit against a French publisher over the rights to her name.

The Avengers star has accused bosses at JC Lattes of using her name without her permission in author Gregoire Delacourt's novel The First Thing We Look At, about a mechanic who falls in love with Johansson's doppelganger, Jeanine Foucaprez.

The book was released in March, and now the actress has filed legal papers seeking damages for the breach and fraudulent use of her personal rights, as well as a ban on future adaptations of the novel, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Justin Bieber’s bodyguards are once again accused of roughing up photographers that dare take a photo of the pop star.

A paparazzo claims that he was roughed up after he took a photo of Bieber skateboarding around Miami. He says one of the bodyguards rushed over and took his camera away before stealing his memory card so he couldn’t publish the photos.

A spokesperson for the Miami-Dade police department told the Huffington Post that officers responded to an assault call and ended up writing a report for a battery incident. There is no word if arrests are going to be made.
