Emile Hirsch has been charged with third degree felony assault and misdemeanor intoxication after allegedly attacking Paramount Pictures executive Daniele Bernfeld during a Sundance Film Festival party in Utah last month.

Bernfeld told police that the actor asked why she looked "so tough" and called her a "rich kid" who didn't belong at Sundance, according to TMZ.com. She left Hirsch's presence, and a short time later he came up behind her and "put her in a chokehold."

An arrest warrant issued for Bobbi Kristina Brown, just days before she was found unresponsive in a bathtub, has been dismissed.

The warrants are related to Brown's failure to appear in court for a previous traffic citation. She was ordered to appear before a judge within 72 hours, prior to her tragic accident on Jan. 31.

The warrant was dismissed after court officials learned of her condition.

The warrant stated that for failure to appear on Jan. 14, any bond paid was forfeited and she would have also been responsible for any further costs to the court, according to E! News.

Rick Medina, Jr., best known for playing the Red Ranger on "Power Rangers Wild Force," was arrested over the weekend for murdering his roommate.

L.A County Sheriff's deputies booked the actor on Saturday afternoon. Medina, 37, and his roommate Joshua Sutter got into an altercation in Palmdale, Calif.

During the fight, Medina and his girlfriend reportedly retreated into a bedroom when Sutter forced his way in. Then Medina stabbed his housemate in the stomach with a sword, according to TMZ.com.
