Alec Baldwin Arrested For Riding His Bike On The Wrong Side Of The Road, Disorderly Conduct

Alec Baldwin was arrested in New York City Tuesday morning for riding his bicycle in the wrong lane down Fifth Avenue.

The actor was cited for going the wrong way on the street and then handcuffed and put in the back of a police cruiser shortly after when things escalated because he didn't have any identification.

"He was stopped by officers for riding the wrong way on a street," a NYPD officer told In Touch Weekly magazine. "When the officers asked for ID, he got belligerent because he had none on him," the source explains. "The officers placed him under arrest for disorderly conduct."

UPDATE: Paul Simon Arrested In New Canaan, Connecticut On Charge
Paul Simon, half of American Folk Rock duo 'Simon and Garfunkel' has been arrested today in New Canaan, Connecticut on a charge of domestic violence, along with his wife, Edie Brickell. Details are few but, but we know both Simon and Brickell were taken in for some sort of domestic disturbance Saturday, April 26th, and the New Canaan Police department will be releasing a statement about the matter today at 11:30 AM ET.

Simon's music company declined to comment on the matter.

A man who trespassed on Selena Gomez's property in Calabasas, Calif., is going to jail for 45 days. The singer/actress called police on Sunday night after she heard something strange outside her door.

A man then rang the front doorbell and asked her friend if the star was at home, but her friend insisted she wasn't and he left. Officials later found Che Cruz, 20, in her guest house.

Cruz was arrested and charged with burglary and trespassing. On Wednesday, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house and was sentenced to serve time at Los Angeles...

Columbus Short Arrested Over Bar Fight, Charged With Battery
Police have arrested "Scandal" star Columbus Short for his alleged involvement in a bar fight earlier this month.

A Claremont Police Department spokesperson told E! News that on Wednesday a judge in California issued a warrant for the actor's arrest on one count of felony aggravated battery. The actor shortly turned himself in to authorities.

The actor, 31, reportedly punched a man in the head at Gabe's Bar and Grill in Los Angeles earlier this month.

The victim reportedly lost consciousness for several minutes following the attack. He also required medical attention for a broken nose.

"Scandal" star Columbus Short is being investigated by police after allegedly breaking a man's nose during a bar fight.

According to TMZ.com, the actor, 31, reportedly punched a man in the head at Gabe's Bar and Grill in Los Angeles earlier this month.

The victim reportedly lost consciousness for several minutes following the attack. He also required medical attention for a broken nose.

Tyler, the Creator continued from where he left off by playing a sold-out concert in Dallas hours after being arrested for inciting a riot in Austin.

The rapper was jailed for encouraging fans to break through security to get into the Scoot Inn, which was already at full capacity for a party. The Associated Press says at least one woman was injured by the fans pushing their way in.

George Lopez passed out on the floor of a Canadian casino and was arrested for public intoxication on Thursday.

Security guards called police to Caesars Windsor in Ontario, who arrested the actor/comedian inside one of the casino’s bars.

A spokesperson for the police department confirmed to People magazine that a male was taken into custody at 11:25 p.m. and was “released with no charges.”

"Avatar" star Sam Worthington was arrested over the weekend for punching a photographer who allegedly kicked his girlfriend Lara Bingle in the shin.
