On Saturday, Adam Lambert was the toast of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Awards in San Francisco after scooping two honors.

Melanie Brown handed Lambert this year's top prize, the Davidson/Valentini Award, which is presented to an openly lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media professional who promotes equality for the LGBT community.
