Living The 'High Life': Gary Yates Looks Back On Indie Comedy Cl
The 2009 film High Life is a hilarious and criminally underrated movie that everyone needs to have seen at least once in your life. We say "criminally" because it's a heist flick, focused on the ambitious but unfortunate plot of a quartet of criminals.

There's psuedo-leader Dick (a brilliant Timothy Olyphant, in the best comedic performance of his career), unnerving Bug (Stephen Eric McIntyre, who plays the part so well), ladies' man Billy (a loveable Rossif Sutherland) and fast-talking Donnie (a remarkable Joe Anderson from The Divide).

This Canadian feature is truly one of those under t...

J. August Richards
Deathlok is a pretty badass character, so to embody him Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. hired a badass actor: J. August Richards, who already saved the world once as Charles Gunn on Angel. We connected with him on Monday to talk about his current heroic alter ego and what it's been like for him to fight the good fight one more time.

Tonight's episode is a particularly big one where Mike Peterson, alias Deathlok, is concerned. "Deathlok and Lincoln have been captured by HYDRA," teased Richards. "And as you know, anything related to HYDRA means doom! That's pretty much all I can say."

But t...

Bruce Jenner Comes Out... As A Transgender Republican?
Bruce Jenner officially came out as transgender during an interview with Diane Sawyer last Friday. That, you probably knew (and probably saw coming, considering it's all anyone could talk about for weeks).

Here's something you might not have picked up on. During the interview, Jenner also came out as something else: a Republican.

At one point in the interview, Sawyer asked Jenner what he thought of Barack Obama being the first president to use the word "transgender" (which he did in this year's State of the Union address).

"I will certainly give him credit for that," Jenner replied. "But...

Robert Downey, Jr. Walks Out Of Interview Over Questions About H
Robert Downey, Jr. got so annoyed with a reporter's questions during a U.K. TV interview this week that he walked out before it was finished.

While promoting "Avengers: Age Of Ultron," British journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy sat down with the star for Channel 4 News, and things went sour after the journalist referenced a quote the actor gave to the New York Times several years ago after a prison stint when he said, "You can't go from a $2,000-a-night suite at La Mirage to a penitentiary and really understand it and come out a liberal."

Downey was clearly annoyed and responded, "I couldn't...

Interview: 'The Harvest" Helmer John McNaughton On Work Past And
Under the category of folks who made first films that freaked fans out, Director John McNaughton will always be top of the list. As the helmer of the deeply disturbing and menacingly memorable flick "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer," McNaughton created a piece of work so horrifyingly real that one could swear they were almost watching a documentary. He followed it up with a campy underrated genre outing "The Borrower," but then McNaughton delightfully decided to diversify. So from the dramatic and funny "Mad Dog And Glory" to the sexy and sinful "Wild Things," the notorious director b...
