The rapper invested $56 million in the service, which he launched with help from the likes of wife Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, Rihanna, Alicia Keys and Madonna.

Upon its launch, the music app maintained a top spot in the top 20 on the iTunes app download chart; however, just a month later the app tanked and fell below the 700 mark.

Shawn Mendes Takes 'Handwritten' To No. 1 On The Billboard 200
Shawn Mendes wasn’t lying when he was singing “Something Big.” Surely he was anticipating his pending #1 album on the Billboard 200. That’s right Handwritten outperformed the competition to the tune of 119,000 units, most of which were album sales. Shawn Mendes, indeed is doing big things at a young age – he’s all of 16.

Mendes beat out more established artists who dropped new albums. Reba McEntire – a veteran by all means – settles for #3 with Love Somebody, moving a modest 62,000 units. As for Tyler the Creator, Cherry Bomb landed at #4, only producing 58,000 units. Interestingly...

Randy Travis Married His Fiancee Last Month And Nobody Noticed
Randy Travis made a surprise appearance at Sunday's Academy of Country Music Awards. Now, another surprise- he's married!

It turns out the country superstar quietly married fiance Mary Davis without anyone realizing it. And not as recently as you'd think. People confirmed that a Texas pastor had married the couple a month ago, on March 21.

Travis suffered a very serious stroke in July of 2013, depriving him of the ability to speak or sing, and requiring a cane to walk. He's been undergoing physical therapy ever since (and re-learning how to play the guitar) but it's not clear what his cur...

Sia Forgets Her Wig For Australian TV Performance, Wears Nightma
Sia had a major wardrobe malfunction this week- but not even close to the kind you're thinking of.

On Tuesday, the powerhouse Australian singer made an appearance on "Sunrise," an Australian morning show. She was all set to perform. Then, tragedy struck: Sia's signature blonde wig was nowhere to be found.

Sia (real name: Sia Kate Isobelle Furler), notoriously camera-shy and loving of her privacy, wasn't about to broadcast her face all over a major television program. So she did the only reasonable thing: whipped up a giant mass of blue and purple tinsel and wore it as a hat.

Obviously, i...

David Hasselhoff True Survivor
David Hasselhoff has always had a good sense of humor when it comes to his fame overseas, so it's no surprise that he's starring in a music video for a half-hour 80s spoof film funded by Kickstarter.

The Hoff performs the single "True Survivor," from the upcoming film "Kung Fury," an "over-the-top action comedy written and directed by David Sandberg," according to the film's official site.

The video matches the site's description of the film to a T, and features what is possibly the greatest opening scene ever as three street punks are stopped by a police officer (Hasselhoff) who ends up ...
