9.) T-Bag (Prison Break) - By all accounts, T-Bag is a despicable human being, but Robert Knepper's performance is so captivating in all its disturbing, creepy glory that you find yourself rooting for him. Or at the very least for him to never leave the series because it would be severely lacking without a loathsome enemy for Michael "Fish" Scofield. His childlike nicknames for the other prisoners, delivered in a slow syrupy twang, make him all the more creepy. Like a leech, T-Bag has attached himself to Michael and his group of escapees, using them to fulfill his own vendetta against the woman who rejected him.
