3.) Stewie Griffin (Family Guy) - Not so much a bad guy as a bad baby, Stewie is quite possibly the devil in baby form. The Machiavellian tot is obsessed with world domination and killing his mother, that is when he's not commanding her to wipe his butt or ridiculing his family. Never has a less cuddly baby graced the television, animated or real. At the same time, there's never been a baby this sharp or witty. Stewie's English accent, tech-savvy and hyper-intelligence evoke the villainous British spies of Bond films. The Griffins should watch their backs.
