With each paid appearance she makes, Paris Hilton brings new meaning to Dolly Parton's famous quotation; "You'd be surprised how much it costs to look this cheap!" With her mountains of money, you would think she could afford to buy something that actually looks good on her, and not as if she bought it from the Pretty Girl down the street from Marcy Projects. The sequined negligee-looking getups, the weird accessories - they just look campy and costume-y. Maybe someone should pay Ms. Hilton to make an appearance at a stylist's office instead of at a nightclub.
