This was a parody of the Dallas season finale "Who Shot J.R.?" This great Simpsons episode has an unknown person shooting Mr. Burns. The whole town of Springfield tries to figure out who shot Mr. Burns while pointing fingers at each other. In the end, we find out it was Maggie. Classic Simpsons.
