Angel - Angel was the 200-something-year-old vamp-with-a-soul boyfriend of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Their forbidden love fed three angsty seasons of the cult WB show. But Angel's atonement for all of his vampire sins led him to Los Angeles, the city of angels and demons. David Boreanaz's dark and twisty reformed bad boy collected a motley crew of demon chasers and good demons to form Angel Investigations, where they protected LA from the bad demons of the underworld. Angel (the show) was much darker than Buffy; after all, nobody brooded quite like Angel.
