This time it's more travel woes for a busload of coed vacationers (Josh Duhamel, Melissa George & Olivia Wilde) in Brazil who get drugged and robbed. Naturally they end up the wrong place at the wrong time - in a house in a village in the middle of nowhere. And then they're hunted. No, not hunted by a psychopathic madman or an undead monster like Jason Voorhees or Freddy Krueger, but by black market organ harvesters. So the moral of the story is don't get lost in the middle of nowhere, because thats where the black market organ harvesters operate.

Organ harvesting in Brazil is nothing though, compared to what goes on in Eastern European villages...
