Ethan Hawke And Patricia Arquette Watch Their Youth Wither Away

Boyhood made its' Sundance debut in January of this year. Henry Cavill Reprises His Role As Superman In 'Dawn Of Justice'

July 5th, 2014 5:00pm EDT
Batman v. Superman
Zac Snyder teased us this past Spring with a sober, depressing photo of Batman as portrayed by Ben Affleck. Now, we have confirmation that Superman in the 2016 'Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice' will indeed be played by Henry Cavill. Warner Bros released this picture yesterday from the set of Dawn of Justice.

While the tone of this picture isn't quite as somber as Ben Affleck's Bat-pic, it still has a decidedly dark feel to it. Cavill's Superman costume hasn't really undergone any radical changes, and the overall look and feel of the character remains much the same as it was in the l...

Melissa McCarthy Loses Her Head While Filming 'Tammy'
Well, just her hair really - and by 'hair' we mean a wig. But not just any wig. The actress reported that the wig was $9,000 - not exactly dollar store quality.

McCarthy revealed in a Chelsea Lately interview that during a practice run for a jetski scene while filming 'Tammy' she took a bad spill on the water, and the wig, which had been pinned to her real hair, went missing in the course of the wipeout.

“I don’t remember ever leaving it. All of a sudden, I literally was like, ‘I’m in water.’ I didn’t know if I was up or down and I thought, ‘Holy god, I’ve got that wig on.'"

Kim Jong Un Officially Condemns James Franco And Seth Rogen For
That's right folks - the supreme leader of the glorious "People's" Republic of North Korea is officially angry with the two stars behind the upcoming action-comedy The Interview.

Kim Jong-un has been the butt of many, many jokes since his father Kim Jong-il passed away. In fact, with all the emerging horror stories coming out of escaped 'citizens' (more like prisoners) the entire country has quickly become a very sad political joke and a blemish on southeast Asia in general.

But leave it to Hollywood to turn what might be considered a serious problem into a comedy. And there are few actor...

Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford will have to sit out of filming of Star Wars: Episode VII for up to eight weeks following an injury he sustained on set last week.

The 71-year-old star, who will reprise his role as Han Solo in the saga's sequel trilogy, broke his ankle on Thursday when a door from Solo's ship, the Millennium Falcon, fell on him during filming.

"The initial day or two after the accident it was hard to move things around but now we have had more time we can juggle things, bring some scenes forward and push others back," a source told London's Mirror Online.

Fortunately the production is expe...

That's right. Everyone's favorite Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa) is set to play Aquaman in the upcoming Superman sequel, Batman vs. Superman : Dawn of Justice.

Momoa is best know for his part as the savage Dothraki warlord from Essos in the incredibly popular HBO flagship series 'Game of Thrones,' but also played as Conan the Barbarian in the less well known 2011 reboot.

According to Hitfix, Jason's role in the upcoming film will be fairly brief.

"What we're hearing is that he [Aquaman] is not pleased about the World Engine and what it did to the Indian Ocean."

There were hints that Aqu...

Disney Continuing Live-Action Trend With 'Beauty And The Beast' Remake

June 5th, 2014 4:00pm EDT
Beauty and the Beast
Disney is still all about animation, but they plan on continuing to cash in on live-action remakes – and Beauty and the Beast is next.

Following the $170 worldwide box office gross earned by Maleficent, Disney would be foolish not to continue its trend of live-action features. Oz the Great and Powerful, Alice in Wonderland, and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe were all successful for Disney Pictures.

Variety reports Bill Condon is set to direct the film. Condon's directing credits include Dreamgirls, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2, and The Fift...

Will Ferrell To Produce Animated 'Flintstones' Movie

May 8th, 2014 3:05pm EDT
Will Ferrell and production partner Adam McKay are working to bring The Flintstones back to the big screen.

The Hollywood Reporter says Warner Bros. and Ferrell's production company Gary Sanchez are involved in the creation of an animated film based on the 1960s cartoon. Chris Henchy, who co-wrote The Campaign, is working on the script.

The last time we saw the Flintstones was the live action film Viva Rock Vegas in 2000, which was critically panned and never recouped production costs. A previous live action film in 1994 made over $340 million worldwide.

In 2011, Seth MacFarlane attempte...
