Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino Ordered To Take Anger Management
"Jersey Shore" alum Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has agreed to take anger management classes following a fight with his brother in June.

According to People, he was arrested after brawling with his brother Frank in a New Jersey tanning salon. They were reportedly fighting about how to run the business.

At the time of his arrest, Sorrentino claimed: "[Frank] was not running the store correctly, so I had to go in there and clean house, in more ways than one."

Producers of ill-fated Gregg Allman biopic Midnight Rider: The Gregg Allman Story have turned themselves in to police and spoken out over the death of a camera assistant that shut down production.

Director Randall Miller, writer/producer Jody Savin and producer Jay Sedrish have been charged with involuntary manslaughter over the death of Sarah Jones, 27, who was struck and killed by a train during shooting of the film in Wayne County, Georgia back in February.

Comedian Seth MacFarlane is being sued by a California production company for allegedly ripping off the idea for his hit comedy Ted from them.

Video company Bengal Mangle Productions filed suit against MacFarlane and Universal Studios, claiming that they came up with the idea of a vulgar talking Teddy Bear, which "Ted" was blatantly based upon, first.

The suit claims that "Ted" is a stuffed bear that lives in "a human, adult world with all human friends," which is very similar too its own "Charlie The Abusive Teddy Bear" series.

Tracy Morgan has filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart over the highway crash that critically injured him and killed standup comedian James McNair last month.

The lawsuit claims Wal-Mart was negligent when Kevin Roper, the driver of the tractor-trailer smashed into the former 30 Rock star's limousine van. Justin Bieber has been sentenced to two years probation and five days of community service and ordered to take an anger management class as a result of throwing eggs at a neighbor's home in California in January.

'Midnight Rider' Filmmakers Charged With Death Of Camera Assista
"Midnight Rider" director Randall Miller, his producer wife, and an executive producer have all been charged with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass following the death of a camera assistant on the Georgia set of the Allman Brothers biopic.

In February, Sarah Jones, 27, was hit by a train and killed while the production crew was shooting in Wayne County. Six additional crew members were injured on the train tracks.
