All things must end- a film, a book, a refreshing, low-calorie Diet Dr. Pepper- but TV's different. On TV, a story grows over months (years, even), letting you build up a real, regular connection with those onscreen.

Then, when the ending hits, it slams into you with the impact of all those devoted hours that came beforehand.

It just feels so final, you know? Maybe that's why they call it a "finale."

British actress Jenna Coleman is set to return for another season of hit series Doctor Who.

The star, who plays the time-traveling title character's sidekick, Clara Oswald, confirmed reports that she'll continue on in the role after there was some uncertaincy that she would return.

"It's wonderful. I get a whole other series of stories with the Doctor and I couldn't walk away with the story being unresolved," she told the BBC. "There is so much more to do. I think they've (Oswald and the Doctor) finally just reached a point where they really understand each other."

"Gone Girl" star Kim Dickens is set to play the female lead in the forthcoming "Walking Dead" spinoff.

The actress will join actor Cliff Curtis in the as-yet-untitled series pilot, which is called "Cobalt" for now, and all the zombie action will move from Georgia to a west coast setting.

According to Deadline.com, Dickens beat out several other actresses who read for the role. She'll play a guidance counselor named Nancy Tompkins, who is also a single mother of two teens.

Charlie Sheen's Anger Management Cancelled
Charlie Sheen's FX Series "Anger Management" has been cancelled by the network.

After he was fired from 'Two and a Half Men," Sheen developed and starred in the series, which came to a close on Monday night.

The show ran for 100 episodes over two seasons.

FX announced the end date for "Anger Management" in a November press release.

The show premiered to record ratings in 2012 and close to 6 million viewers tuned in.

Since that time, ratings have since slipped with recent episodes getting fewer than 500,000 viewers.
