Neil Patrick Harris is returning to Broadway to star in "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," a cult musical about a transgender East German singer. NPH just hosted the Tony Awards last week, and on Monday producers of the stage show announced that the "How I Met Your Mother" star would be joining the cast.
