The defamation lawsuit filed by music producer Dr. Luke against Kesha looks like it just took a turn in his favor as a new pieces of evidence he's provided appear to contradict her accusations against him.

Back in October the singer accused Dr. Luke of sexual, physical and verbal abuse during the time she worked with him earlier in her career.

The producer, real name Lukasz Gottwald, filed a countersuit for defamation and extortion, claiming Kesha made up the accusations in order to get out of her contract with him.
