Pitbull To Host 2014 American Music Awards
For the second year in a row, Pitbull will host the American Music Awards. The singer/songwriter will front the 41st annual ceremony, set to air on Nov. 23.

Stated the singer in a statement, "World, who would have thought Pitbull hosting the AMAs two years in a row. The harder I work, the luckier I get. Thank you ABC and Dick Clark Productions for the amazing opportunity -- more than anything let's get ready to have fun. Dale!"

Pitbull will also perform a song from his upcoming album release Globalization.

'Fraggle Rock' & 'Boondock Saints' Star Gerard Parkes Dies At 90
Gerard Parkes, known for playing Doc in Jim Henson's "Fraggle Rock," died Sunday in a retirement home in Toronto, Canada, just days after celebrating his 90th birthday, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Parkes was born on Oct. 16, 1924, in Dublin, Ireland. He began acting in the 1940s, getting his start in theater. He moved to Canada in 1956 and was the first person to win Best Actor in what is now called the Canadian Screen Awards for the 1968 film "Isabel." He also lent his talent to radio programs and won the Andrew Allan Award in 1983 for Best Radio Actor.

Actress Tori Spelling was hospitalized over the weekend after contracting a severe case of bronchitis and a sinus infection.

The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star went to Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, Calif., after exhibiting breathing problems, a fever and cough, according to TMZ.com.

Medical officials quarantined the star and took precautions while treating her in response to Ebola fears.
